Where this all began…
After battling health challenges for over a decade, I discovered the incredible power of nourishing my body with nutrient-dense meals, establishing wellness routines, and creating rhythms that supported my healing journey. Cooking healthy meals wasn’t just about my own health—it became a way to nurture my family, too. Navigating chronic health issues, including an autoimmune disease and mold poisoning, all while adjusting to life as a mom, and managing a business and home, showed me how essential it is to build systems that prioritize both wellness and balance.
My journey wasn’t solely about physical healing; it was deeply spiritual too. Growing closer to God and immersing myself in Scripture became a cornerstone of my recovery. Trusting in His promises provided the strength and peace I needed to conquer anxiety and move forward with confidence.
