Gluten-Free Belgian Waffles
Belgian waffles are a weekend breakfast that my family loves!
I will often double batch these up and freeze them, so my kids can reheat them for a quick weekday breakfast, too.
For this recipe, I use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Baking Flour, which gives the waffles a perfect texture; crisp on the outside, and soft and chewy inside.
