No-Bake Apple Pie Crumble
Ingredients
Apple Mixture
- 1 large Honeycrisp apple, washed and chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon arrowroot starch (or cornstarch)
Topping
- 4 tablespoons Old-fashioned GF rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons Almond flour
- 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
- 4 teaspoons Almond milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chopped apple, cinnamon, and arrowroot starch.
- In another bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, maple syrup, and almond milk.
- In two microwave-safe dishes, split the seasoned apples equally and divide the topping mixture over each.
- Microwave for 3 minutes or until the apples are soft and the topping forms a crust.
- Optional: Drizzle with a little extra maple syrup and enjoy!
