Ginger Turmeric Tea Bombs

Ginger and turmeric are two very powerful anti-inflammatory foods. When you combine them, you get a bomb of immunity-boosting benefits.

Making these ginger turmeric tea bombs takes some effort up front, but then you will reap the reward all month long as you sip on this powerful duo.

Once you juice the ingredients below, you will freeze them into these silicone molds. One of these frozen tea bombs makes the perfect serving for a large mug of hot ginger turmeric tea.

I also like to use these ginger turmeric tea bombs in my Immunity Smoothie Shots, so they are definitely worth the effort!
