Immunity Smoothie Shots

In just a few minutes a day, you can give your immune system a boost of vitamin C and antioxidants with smoothie shots.

Smoothie shots are an easy food to have on hand with just a few simple ingredients and my favorite smoothie shot glass jars.

There are so many different variety of smoothie shots, but these ones are my go-to during cold and flu season because of the high dose of vitamin C and anti-inflammatory properties. If you like more or less of a certain ingredient, these are very easy to customize by just adding or subtracting.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Ginger turmeric tea (2 ginger turmeric tea bombs diluted in 2 cups water)
  • 2 oranges, freshly pressed for juice
  • 1 lemon, freshly pressed for juice
  • 1 1/2 cups organic frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup organic frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Mix well and pour evenly into these smoothie shot glass jars.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 3 days or freeze them in silicone cube molds for up to 2 months.
