Banana Macadamia Nut Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups gluten-free baking flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl (except nuts, chocolate chips, and chia seeds) and set aside.
  • Mash the bananas in another large mixing bowl.
  • Add all of the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the mashed banana and mix well.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and continue mixing until well blended.
  • Fold in the nuts, chocolate chips, and chia seeds.
  • Lightly grease a 9-inch round baking pan and pour in the batter.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
