Easy “Cheesy” Broccoli
This delicious roasted broccoli has the perfect crunch!
Easy “Cheesy” Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 bag organic broccoli (12oz)
- 2 tbsp gluten-free flour
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil.
- Add in the flour, nutritional yeast, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Mix until the broccoli is well coated.
- Spread the broccoli out on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the broccoli tops get golden brown.
